Shipping Policies

The shipping policies still put the customer on a position to be informed on the shipment process right from placing an order until the consignment is delivered.

  • In the rarest of cases whereby the received goods are in a damaged state, the buyer must inform RBC Salon Furniture within 24h of delivery. Original copies of photographs indicating the extent of the damage will be needed in order to complete the claim.
  • It will engage the shipping carrier and request for a new product or the item to be fixed where applicable.

Loss During Transit:

In case a product ends up missing during transportation, then we shall contact the shipping company in question to search for the consignment in question. It is, therefore, important to note that in any instance or situation where the package is not found, then what the client will receive is either another package or a refund.
